🌟 Project Vision

Today, when full-time YouTube creators feel overwhelmed or burnt out, they either disappear from the platform or push themselves into unhealthy upload cycles. This is unacceptable because creators are the lifeblood of YouTube’s content ecosystem - and their health and long-term consistency matter more than any algorithm.

We envision a world where creators are supported emotionally, strategically, and productively - where stepping back doesn’t mean falling behind, and sustainable creativity is the norm. We are bringing this world about through supportive pacing tools, audience transparency settings, burnout recovery kits, and mental health-aware UX flows.

🎯 Goal:

To increase 6-month creator retention by 20%, and reduce churn among mid-sized (10K–500K subs) creators due to burnout through product-led support tools and culture-driven UX patterns.

🏢 About YouTube:

YouTube is the world’s largest video platform with over 2.5 billion monthly active users. Its creator economy supports millions of full-time and part-time creators - from vloggers to educators to niche experts.

Creators are incentivized by reach, monetization, and community. But the constant push to stay visible often leads to creative fatigue. YouTube’s algorithm rewards consistency, yet lacks meaningful tooling to support creator health, pacing, or recovery.

🚧 RDCL Strategy:

Reality: Many creators report emotional burnout, algorithm anxiety, and a fear of stepping away. Mid-tier creators (10K–500K) often go silent and lose momentum after missing uploads.
