🌟 Project Vision:

Today, when teams use Notion, they often treat it as a flexible note-taking or documentation tool but not as an end-to-end workspace for decision-making and execution. This is unacceptable because Notion’s full potential lies in enabling collaborative work, not just capturing thoughts.

We envision a world where Notion becomes the central nervous system of fast-moving teams, where docs, tasks, decisions, and action all live in one place. We are bringing this world about through guided setup flows, workflow templates, nudges for project rituals, and team alignment analytics.

🎯 Goal:

To increase weekly active workspace usage among 2–50 member teams by 30% over 6 months by introducing structured templates, repeatable rituals, and nudges that promote workflow over wiki.

🏒 About Notion:

Notion is an all-in-one workspace that combines documents, databases, wikis, and project tools into a flexible no-code interface. It’s used by over 20M+ people globally and is especially popular among startups, creators, and remote-first teams.

Despite high sign-up rates and viral personal adoption, team usage often flattens when Notion becomes disorganized or under-scaffolded. Most companies start with docs and pages, but only 12–15% activate full project workflows or decision logs.

🚧 RDCL Strategy:

R - Reality: Many teams sign up but fail to adopt Notion beyond scattered pages. Lack of structure leads to abandonment or fallback to Google Docs/Trello.
